Metric Monday


Exercise: Stationary Bike
Time: 25 minutes
Speed: Slow and steady
Resistance: Strong

Weight: 216
BMI: 27.4
Fat %: 30.8

interpretation: My overall weight hasn't really changed since starting this whole thing over a month ago. However, my fat % has gone down quite a bit. I guess right now my body is more focused on converting fat to muscle..... or something like that!

Eating some protein after you work out burns the fat quickly.
