The race photos are up. A few came out ok, but nothing worth paying for the full size. I like the one of me standing on the finish line. It was a bittersweet moment. I finished, and was happy by that, but seeing my time and knowing how close it was to being so much better was disappointing.

Sorry the end was a bummer - great job finishing in spite of your pain. Hopefully next round wil be retribution!
why's that chick in front of you not wearing a bib? (Al-Qaida?)
i like the one with the orange cones
Ah James,
A day, sun, blue sky, and you are alive and able to race and people you care about are out there rooting for you.
That sounds good to me! Don't feel bad...you did great!
Keep the photos...someday they'll be a kick. Next time even better!

@Andrew---there is a purple bib on her leg
@Jen, he was referring to the other photo with a lady.
@Paul, it was an awesome day. I was grinning like a kid in a candyshop up until the pain hit.
You did a great job! It was your first one. You also had so many setbacks that you could have used as excuses, but you persisted through those obstacles. You're determined and passionate...very admirable qualities to possess, and you are a true runner. Look how quickly you moved from just starting to run/walk short distances years after your cross country days to now doing a 10 mile race (longer than you ever did back in the day). *sending you a BIG huge and high five*
