I'm currently following 54 running blogs, but always on the lookout for more.
I recently started using Google Reader, and love it!
I probably spend about 8-10 hours a week on blogging.
I have to admit, the majority of blogs I follow I rarely comment. For the others, I've been lazy with commenting lately.

Google reader is awesome!! I have it saved on my iPhone so any time I am waiting (in line at the grocery story, at the doctor's office, etc.) I can just pull it up and read a few blogs.
I am scared to look to see how many blogs I follow, ha!
Oooh--and in response to your comment yesterday on my pictures, she is a phenomenal dancer and gets that kind of height naturally. I promise, no trampolines involved. Isn't that amazing??!
I read blogs - i add the ones in my reader to my sidebar and click on the new updates starting at the top until I run out of time.
I usually have about 20mins at a time to read. But I do this a few times per day.
I comment on maybe 60% of the blogs I read.
There are currently 126 blogs on my list. I also follow a few non-running blogs as well.
I read them from my bloglist usually. I'd like to try google-reader but haven't taken the time to set it up yet.
I'm an at home mom, so I hop on and off all the time. Not sure of the total, but it's probably too much!
I try to comment, but that depends on how much time I have...There are blogs I comment on regularly, and then there are those where I tend to lurk.
Gotta be honest, I don't know how many blogs I read - it's a lot. I do my best to comment when I can, but I get time-crunched. I probably spend 5-6 hours a week on blogging, but it really fluctuates. I use google reader.
