Virtual Run Teaser
Looking back, my blog seems quite depressing these last couple of months. A fight with foot pain and then bronchitis, and my running for 2010 quickly went down hill. In an attempt to brighten the mood around my niche of the Blog O' Sphere, and get my mind back to where it should be about running, I've decided to host a virtual run. Details aren't solidified yet so keep watching.....

What's a virtual run?
Paul a virtual run (or race in most cases) is when someone "hosts" a race but instead of everyone actually meeting, it's all done on your own.
