Three Challenges

Starting tomorrow Jen and I will begin three challenges.  100 pushups, 200 sit-ups, and 200 squats.  From everything I’ve read, these challenges are fairly doable and should help develop some strength throughout our bodies.  I’m looking forward to seeing the results in 6 weeks!

  1. I started the 100 pushup challenge earlier this year, but lost interest after a while. I got up to 25 and have maintained it though so I'm happy with that. Good luck!

  2. I have NEVER made it to 100 or to week 6 in the pushup challenge. But I always ended up much stronger than when I started, so I consider it success anyway.

    Good luck!

  4. I remember starting the 100 Pushup challenge but never finished. I think I made it 3/4 way through, but stopped.

    Good luck and have fun!

  5. Sounds like these aren't as easy to stick with as I had thought. I'm going to try my hardest to complete the 6 weeks. Will I hit the goals (100 pushups, etc) I don't know!

  6. did you not say that you had back problems? the situp is sometimes quite straining ... I'll give this a try - I'd like to know how it will effect me - and if i can

  7. Andrew, I have a slight bit of scoliosis at the bottom of my back. I should have mentioned, I will be doing modifications to make it more like crunches than full situps. Also, I can't do pushups at all so I'm doing the half leaning against the wall type. Good luck with them yourself.

  8. Wow, this makes me tired just THINKING about it. I tried the 100 pushups one but sort of fell off of the waggon. I know that you'll have better luck than me!
