I haven't run since Thursday. A recap: Friday - wisdom tooth removed, didn't wake up early enough to run beforehand. Saturday - Felt ok, but its my normal rest day and spent it with family. Sunday - My birthday, going to spend it with family, but will try for a 2 miler this evening. Weather has been great. Spring is on the way!
You didn't need to be running with all you had going on and having your wisdom tooth pulled. Gotta give your body a rest at those times!
