It is a good thing you got this 30 in - I really do not think it was crazy for doing 3 weeks out from your 50. Actually, I think it will prove imperative. You prepped your body, mind, patterns and grew your muscles. This is why I wanted to fit in 36 miles: exactly 3/4's of 50 miles.
